- To handle all incoming and general telephone enquiries and relaying specified enquiries to the appropriate department/ personnel.
- To attend to all visitors.
- To handle all incoming and outgoing mail dispatches
- Arrangement for courier service
- Maintain cleanliness of the reception area and meeting rooms
- Updating of fax, telephone, pager and handphone number listing and circulation to all department
- Other administrative duties assigned by manager from time to time.
- GCE ‘O’ Level
- with relevant working experience
- Good telephone etiquette
- PC literate
- Pleasant disposition
- Able to start work immediately would be advantage
