Skate Rental Luck Draw Prize Collection Instructions
Prize collection instructions:
1. Call the the staff at Skateline East Coast Park at 62431912 to make an appointment for the prize collection. During the call, please inform the staff about your shoe size. Prize collection is by appointment only.
2. Bring along a print out of the email notification, and ONE OF the following:
a. your NRIC
b. passport
c. driving licence
d. student pass
e. any other card with full name and photo.
3. Visit and collect your prize at the appointed time at Skateline East Coast Park within 14 days of the receipt of the notification email. Skateline East Coast Park address:

4. During collection, a photo will be taken of you and your prize. This is for announcement of the prize winner.
5. Sign on the confirmation email as a confirmation of collection, and allow the staff to retain the email.
